Troubleshooting
If something doesn't work as expected, it is usually caused by Android system restrictions or device-specific behavior. Please review the issues below before contacting support.
Alarm didn't ring
If your alarm didn't ring, it does not necessarily mean there is a bug in the app. In most cases, Android prevented the app from running in the background.
Common reasons
1. Battery optimization stopped the app
Android may put the app to sleep to save battery. A sleeping app cannot trigger alarms.
2. Custom alarm sound could not be played
If you selected a custom sound, the file may have been moved, deleted, or become inaccessible. If the sound cannot be played, the alarm will fail.
3. App data was cleared
If phone cache or app data was cleaned, all alarms are removed. No saved data means no alarms.
4. Beta or custom Android versions
The app may not work reliably on Android beta versions or custom ROMs. The app is tested only on official Android versions provided by device manufacturers.
How to fix the issue
- Disable battery optimization for the app Settings → Battery → Battery optimization → Allow / Don't optimize
- Remove and recreate the alarm (especially if using a custom sound)
- Open the app → Settings → Sync alarms schedule
- Reset app data (last resort) ⚠️ This will remove all saved alarms
App language is unexpectedly English
If your phone is set to a supported language, the app should switch automatically. Sometimes Android does not provide the correct system language, so the app falls back to English.
How to fix the issue
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Select Language
- Choose your preferred language
