No. Shabbat Wake does not collect personal information. Only minimal technical data is used to ensure the app works properly.

All payments are securely processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.

Refunds follow Google Play's policies. You can request a refund through your Google Play account's order history, subject to their rules and time limits.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play: Open the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

First, open Recent Alarms in the app to confirm whether the alarm rang. If the alarm did not ring, open the Troubleshooting section in Settings and follow the steps provided. In most cases, Android battery optimization settings need to be adjusted.

Currently, Shabbat Wake is available on Android only.
